## Why this tool instead of a chatbot

General-purpose chatbots can write an email, but only after you write the prompt. You spend time engineering the request, then re-read the output, then re-prompt to fix tone, then re-prompt again to add a detail you forgot. This tool collapses that loop. Pick an email type, set the tone and length, paste your key points, and a finished email appears with a subject line, greeting, body, and sign-off in under ten seconds.

The reply mode reads the email you paste and matches its register. If the original is informal and short, the reply stays informal and short. If the original is a formal RFP, the reply stays formal and detailed. You don't have to describe that in the prompt; the model infers it from the original.

Everything stays in your browser and the AI provider's response. We do not log, store, cache, or share what you type. Closing the tab erases every input. There is no account, no cookie banner, no daily cap.

## How the 15 email types differ

- **Apology** acknowledges the mistake, takes responsibility, names the fix, and sets a follow-up time. No hedging.
- **Follow-up** references the prior context, restates the next step, and proposes a deadline so it doesn't get parked.
- **Thank You** is specific. It names what the other person did and how it helped, not a generic "thanks for everything."
- **Introduction** leads with who you are and the mutual value, then makes a single low-friction ask.
- **Request** is direct, polite, and short. It states the ask, the deadline, and what you'll do next.
- **Inquiry** lists specific questions in plain language, with any constraints you have upfront.
- **Complaint** is factual. Issue, impact, evidence, desired resolution. No emotional language.
- **Resignation** is grateful, brief, and includes a transition plan and last day.
- **Sales Outreach** leads with a hook specific to the recipient, then value, then a soft CTA. No pressure.
- **Networking** references a mutual connection, states a specific ask, makes it easy to say yes.
- **Reminder** is friendly, factual, and includes the deadline plus a way to resolve or reply.
- **Invitation** has what, when, where, why attend, and an RSVP path.
- **Decline** gives a short reason, expresses gratitude, and offers an alternative if appropriate.
- **Acceptance** confirms the details, expresses enthusiasm, and states the next step.
- **Feedback Request** lists the specific questions you want answered and keeps the response easy.

## Tone and length control

Six tones cover most professional situations. Formal suits legal, executive, or official contexts. Professional is the safe default for client and external communication. Friendly works for peers and long-standing clients. Casual is for teammates you already know. Persuasive is for sales and partnership outreach where you want concrete benefit framing. Apologetic avoids the word "sorry" used as a deflection; it acknowledges, takes responsibility, and proposes a fix.

Three lengths map to reading time. Short (50 to 90 words) fits chat-style replies and one-line outreach. Medium (120 to 200 words) is the standard business email. Long (250 to 400 words) is for formal letters, sensitive topics, or when you need a full structure with a context paragraph.

## Frequently asked questions

**Is the AI email writer really free with no word limit?**

Yes. Unlike Editpad, Wrizzle, Toolbaz, and Microsoft Copilot for Outlook which all cap usage or require signups, this tool is 100% free with no daily cap, no monthly cap, no per-email cap, and no signup. Open the page and write.

**Can it reply to an email I already received?**

Yes. Switch to Reply mode, paste the email you received, describe what you want to say (accept, decline, ask for more info, and so on), pick a tone, and the AI reads the original carefully and writes a context-aware reply. Quoted text from the original is excluded automatically.

**What email types are supported?**

15 types: Apology, Follow-up, Thank You, Introduction, Request, Inquiry, Complaint, Resignation, Sales Outreach, Networking, Reminder, Invitation, Decline, Acceptance, and Feedback Request. Each template includes built-in guidance so the AI output matches the expected structure.

**What languages are supported?**

12 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, and Russian. Output language is selected before generation; the AI writes everything in the target language with no mixing.

**Will my email or personal data be stored?**

No. The tool is browser-based and stateless. Your input is sent once to our multi-provider fallback (Groq Llama 3.3 70B, NVIDIA Llama 3.1 70B, Agnes AI), which returns the generated email. Nothing is logged on our side, nothing is cached, no cookies are set. Closing the tab wipes everything.

**How is this different from ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is a general chat assistant that takes a long prompt to produce a usable email. This tool is purpose-built: 15 structured email types, tone presets, length control, recipient context awareness, automatic subject-line generation, and a render-ready output panel with copy and download. You get a finished email in under ten seconds with no prompt engineering.

**Can I regenerate or get a different version?**

Yes. Click Generate again and the AI produces a fresh draft. For subject lines, the tool returns 3 distinct variants per request. You can also change the tone or length and re-run to explore variations without rewriting your key points.

**What if the AI provider is overloaded?**

The tool falls back through Groq, NVIDIA, and Agnes AI in sequence. If all three providers fail or rate-limit simultaneously, a deterministic template fallback is used so the page never breaks and you always get a usable draft.

**Does it generate placeholders for names I do not provide?**

Yes. If you do not enter a sender name, the sign-off reads "[Your Name]" so you remember to replace it before sending. The same applies if you do not give a recipient name; the greeting falls back to "Hi,".

**Can I use the output commercially?**

Yes. The output is yours to use in any client, internal document, or commercial email. There is no watermark and no attribution requirement.
