This is a personalized astrology tool, not a generic horoscope generator. When you enter your birth date (and optionally time), we compute:
- Your Sun sign from the date (zodiac constellation the Sun was in at your birth)
- Your Moon sign from the time (requires birth time, astronomically computed)
- Current planetary positions using the NASA-grade astronomy-engine library (same algorithms used by professional astronomy software)
- Daily / weekly / monthly / 2026 yearly forecasts tailored to your sign with love, work, money, and health insights
- Compatibility scores between any two signs across romance, friendship, and communication
Why This Beats Asking AI
Large language models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini have a fundamental problem with horoscopes: they cannot accurately compute planetary positions or birth charts. They guess based on training data, which becomes stale and is often wrong about transits, moon signs, and rising signs. Is my birth data private?
Yes. Your birth date and time are stored in your browser local storage only. They are never sent to any server, never uploaded, and never shared. You can clear them anytime with the Clear button.
Do I need to provide a birth time?
No, birth time is optional. Without it, you get accurate Sun sign and forecast. With it, you also get accurate Moon sign and rising sign calculation, which makes the natal chart and personalization much more precise.
What is the 2026 Forecast?
A high-level yearly outlook based on the major planetary transits expected throughout 2026 and how they interact with your sign. Updated annually.
How accurate are the horoscope texts?
The forecast texts are written by astrologers and tailored per sign across 4 categories and 4 time periods. The personalization comes from the real-time planetary positions we compute, not from invented AI content.
What languages are supported?
English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Hindi. The horoscope content is translated for all 6 languages. Planetary position names and UI are also localized.
