How to Report Problems

Found a bug or have a suggestion? Let us know! Your feedback helps us improve 174 free online developer tools — from JSON formatters and image compressors to AI translators, password generators, and PDF mergers. We review every submission and prioritize fixes based on impact and severity. No signup, no tracking, no spam — just honest feedback that makes our tools better for everyone.

Tips for Effective Bug Reports

When reporting a problem, include the specific tool you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Browser name and version help us reproduce issues faster. For layout or visual bugs, attaching a screenshot or screen recording is extremely helpful. If you encountered an error message, please include the exact text or a screenshot of it.

Feature suggestions are always welcome. Describe what you want to accomplish, how the feature would work ideally, and which existing tools it relates to. We evaluate suggestions based on usefulness to the broader developer community.

What should I include in a bug report?

Please include: what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and any error messages you saw. Screenshots are helpful! Also note which browser and device you are using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, mobile, desktop).

What happens after I submit?

We review all feedback and fix critical bugs as soon as possible. You can include your email if you want us to follow up. Resolved issues are marked with a green badge so you can track progress. Major fixes are deployed daily.

What kind of feedback do you accept?

We accept bug reports, feature suggestions, content error corrections, performance issue reports, and general feedback. All categories are equally welcome. For security vulnerabilities, please include a detailed description so we can address them urgently.

How long does it take to fix a bug?

Critical bugs that break tool functionality are typically fixed within 24 hours. Minor issues and feature suggestions are reviewed weekly. The status of your report is visible on this page — open issues are listed in the left column and resolved ones on the right.

Is feedback really free?

Yes! Reporting problems is completely free and requires no login. There are no hidden charges, no subscription required, and we never share your email with third parties if you choose to provide it.
