Draw Your Cards
Your Card of the Day
Pull one card to set the energy for today. The card is determined by today's date + your birthdate so it is reproducible - same person, same day, same card.
Yes or No Tarot
Ask a clear yes/no question, focus on it, and draw one card. Major Arcana cards lean toward YES, suit-of-Cups cards lean YES for emotional questions, suit-of-Swords lean NO, suit-of-Pentacles lean YES for material questions, suit-of-Wands lean YES for action questions. Court cards = MAYBE (depends on you). Reversed = opposite of upright.
Past, Present, Future
The classic 3-card spread. Card 1 shows what led to the current moment. Card 2 shows where you are now. Card 3 shows where things are heading if nothing changes.
Mind, Body, Spirit
A 3-card spread for holistic self-reflection. Mind = your current thoughts and mental state. Body = your physical state and actions. Spirit = your higher purpose and inner wisdom. Especially useful for health or inner-balance questions.
5-Card Crossroads Spread
When you are at a decision point. (1) The situation as it stands. (2) The challenge you face. (3) The advice from your subconscious. (4) The likely outcome if you follow the advice. (5) The alternative outcome if you do not.
Celtic Cross - 10 Cards
The most thorough traditional spread used by professional tarot readers for centuries. 10 cards in a fixed geometric layout, each position has a specific meaning. Best for complex life questions where you want a complete picture.
Discover Your Birth Card

How Tarot Reading Works
This tool draws from a complete 78-card Rider-Waite-Smith deck - 22 Major Arcana (life's karmic and spiritual lessons) and 56 Minor Arcana across four suits (Wands = passion and action, Cups = emotions and relationships, Swords = intellect and conflict, Pentacles = material and money). Each draw is deterministic: a Mulberry32 pseudo-random number generator is seeded from your birthdate, today's date, the spread type, and a hash of your question text. Same seed, same cards, every time - reproducible across sessions and across devices.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this tarot reading really free with no signup?
Yes. The full 78-card Rider-Waite deck, all 7 spreads (Daily, Yes/No, Past-Present-Future, Mind-Body-Spirit, 5-Card Crossroads, Celtic Cross, Birth Card), the reading history, and PNG export are all 100% free with no signup, no email, no paywall, no daily limit, and no ads. The tool runs entirely in your browser.
How accurate is the Celtic Cross spread compared to other online tarot tools?
The Celtic Cross is the 10-card traditional spread with a fixed geometric layout - each of the 10 positions has a defined meaning. Most free online tarot tools only offer 1-card or 3-card spreads; we offer the full 10-card Celtic Cross that professional readers use.
Can AI chatbots give the same tarot reading twice?
No. AI text models cannot produce reproducible deterministic draws - same question twice yields different cards and different interpretations. Our tool uses a Mulberry32 seeded PRNG tied to your date + birthdate + question text, so the same inputs always produce the same 10 cards in the same positions.
What is a Birth Card and how do I find mine?
Your Birth Card is the Major Arcana card associated with your birthdate, calculated by reducing all digits of your birth month + day + year sum to a single digit 0-21 (with 22 as The Fool). For example, June 15, 1990 has digit sum 31 -> 3+1 = 4 = The Emperor. Our tool computes it deterministically.
What do the Major Arcana cards mean?
The 22 Major Arcana represent life's spiritual lessons: The Fool, The Magician, The High Priestess, The Empress, The Emperor, The Hierophant, The Lovers, The Chariot, Strength, The Hermit, Wheel of Fortune, Justice, The Hanged Man, Death, Temperance, The Devil, The Tower, The Star, The Moon, The Sun, Judgement, and The World. Each has full symbolism, upright meanings, and reversed meanings.
How are the Minor Arcana cards divided?
56 Minor Arcana cards divided into 4 suits of 14 each: Wands (Fire, passion/action), Cups (Water, emotions/relationships), Swords (Air, intellect/conflict), Pentacles (Earth, material/money). Each suit has 10 numbered cards and 4 Court Cards (Page, Knight, Queen, King).
Is my tarot reading data private?
Yes. The tool runs 100% in your browser. Your questions, birthdate, history, and seeds are stored only in your browser's localStorage - nothing is uploaded to any server, no account, no analytics tied to your readings.
Can I export my reading to share with a friend?
Yes. After drawing a reading, click Export PNG to render a complete image of all cards with their positions, orientations, names, and keywords. The image is generated locally via Canvas API. You can also copy the seed and share it - they can paste it into the same spread on this tool and see the exact same reading.
