How to use this bingo card generator

What is the difference between 1-75 and 1-90 bingo?
1-75 (US standard) uses a 5x5 grid where each column has a number range: B=1-15, I=16-30, N=31-45, G=46-60, O=61-75. The center is FREE. 1-90 (UK standard) uses a 3-row x 9-column strip with 15 numbers per card (4 blanks per card) and tickets come in strips of 6. Both styles are popular in different regions - 1-75 is dominant in the US while 1-90 is standard in the UK, Europe, and Australia.
How do I make themed bingo cards?
Switch to Custom mode and paste any list of words or items - one per line. Examples: vocabulary words for ESL, baby shower gifts, holiday party items, classroom sight words, or family reunion prompts. For a 5x5 grid you need at least 25 unique items (24 + FREE). For 3x9 you need at least 27 unique items. The generator will pick a random subset for each card.
Are the cards truly random?
Yes. This tool uses your browser's crypto.getRandomValues() API - the same technology used for security tokens and encryption. Each card is shuffled independently with cryptographically secure randomness. No two cards in the same batch will be identical (subject to your card count vs source items ratio).
Can I print cards in bulk?
Yes. Click Print to open a print dialog with one card per page. For 90-ball cards, four cards share a page (saves paper). The print layout removes the sidebar controls and uses a clean white background. For best results, use your browser's "Save as PDF" option to create a printable PDF file.
Is my word list private?
Completely. Your custom word list is never sent to any server. All processing happens in your browser using client-side JavaScript. The tool works offline once the page is loaded. We do not log, store, or transmit any of your inputs.
What file formats can I download?
PNG (single card image) for sharing or printing individual cards. ZIP (PNG archive of all cards) for batch distribution. Use ZIP when you need to send 6+ cards to a group of players - each card is saved as card-001.png, card-002.png, etc.
Why use this over a paper bingo book?
Paper bingo books have a fixed set of cards - if you have more players than cards, players must share. This generator creates as many unique cards as you need (up to 50 per batch). It also lets you customize the title, FREE text, color theme, and use custom themed words for any occasion.
